Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions and payments for the products and services operated by Redvisor ("Redvisor", "we", "us", or "our"), including KitchenDesk, GTM Scout, and any future products (collectively, the "Services"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions and billing
Our Services are typically offered as recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Each subscription automatically renews at the end of its billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew.
- We do not provide refunds for the remaining portion of a billing period after cancellation, except where required by law or as described below.
3. Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
- As a goodwill gesture, we may, at our discretion, consider refund requests made within 14 days of a charge. Approval is not guaranteed and is decided case by case.
4. Free trials
If your subscription began with a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and the applicable fee is charged. Charges made after a trial converts are subject to this policy.
5. Failed or disputed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access until the balance is settled. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback, so we can resolve the issue directly.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived or limited.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund or ask a question about a charge, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
